Giving

Bill Noble is passionate about giving back to the community that has embraced him for so many years.

William Noble Rare Jewels supports causes that improve people’s lives and health, such as Crystal Charity Ball, the Salvation Army and many more organizations who care about our community. But the cause closest to our hearts is Equest. Bill and Lezlie Noble have been supporters of Equest for many years. Lezlie volunteers at Equest on a weekly basis and Bill is the Founding President of Equest Men’s Auxiliary, a group of gentlemen who have made a commitment to raise awareness and funds for Equest.

About Equest

Equest’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for children and adults with diverse needs using horses to bring hope and healing through equine assisted activities and therapies. We at William Noble are horse lovers, people lovers, and longtime supporters of Equest, Texas’ leading nonprofit therapeutic horseback riding program.

Through volunteering at Equest, Lezlie Noble and members of our staff have seen first hand how equine assisted therapy improves the lives of children and adults (including veterans and injured athletes) with special and diverse needs. Every year, Equest provides therapeutic horseback riding classes to more than 300 riders with the support of 37 horses, 12 certified instructors and more than 700 volunteers.

Equest relies predominantly on donations and volunteers to sustain the organization. Equest is committed to help more people through the healing power of the horse. In fact, they are about to expand their program and they need your support now more than ever. While Equest will continue to operate from their Wylie location, Equest Hooves for Heroes (it’s veteran program) will expand to the new Texas Horse Park in South Dallas. And in January 2015, Equest will also launch its Children’s Program for the local school districts in the new park.

We encourage you to check out this worthy cause. Find out what you can do, either through volunteering or donations, so that we can help more people, change more lives.
